What is your return policy?

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of your purchase. To return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Exceptions:

Discounted items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items MUST have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

How long before my order is shipped?

Normally, orders will only take up to 2 business days to ship. Most orders are shipped on the same day or the following day after they are placed. Due to COVID-19 our shipping partner may experience some delays along the way. Unfortunately this is out of our control but please be sure that they are doing their best to get shipments delivered as quickly as possible!

Where is my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your shipment. If your order is sent via standard shipping, expect it to arrive in approximately 5-9 business days in the contiguous U.S. If your order is sent via rush shipping, expect it to arrive in approximately 2-3 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping & handling costs are based on your subtotal amount and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Shipping & handling is calculated after applicable discounts and before any applicable sales tax.
